The Samsung US Facebook page provides an opportunity for sharing and discussing information about Samsung products, promotions, and news. The comments and opinions expressed by users are theirs and do not reflect the opinions of Samsung or its employees. Samsung reserves the right to delete or hide comments that do not comply with these Community Guidelines and reserves the right to remove individuals who fail to adhere to these Guidelines.
● The use of vulgar, offensive, threatening or harassing language is prohibited. Language that contains swear words, is obscene, racist, sexist, discriminatory or attacks other community members in any way.
● Additionally, Samsung reserves the right to delete comments that contain threats to our organization and other community members.
● Do not post any content that infringes upon, misappropriates or violates: the intellectual property (e.g., copyrights), privacy, publicity, contractual, personal or other rights of any person or entity or any applicable laws.
● Do not post any personal information such as your email address or phone number.
● Do not post links to adult material or websites or content that contains or promotes illicit content.
● Do not post content that contains viruses or other malicious or harmful code or content.
● If you post a link, then please provide context. We reserve the right to remove blind links, or links to anything not related to Samsung.
● The Samsung social media platform is not open to the promotion or advertisement of a business or commercial transaction. Do not use our pages to sell products, solicit money, promote any political movement or candidate, or recruit fans, followers, and group members. Samsung reserves the right to block or ban community members who do not follow these guidelines.
● Communications made through social media will in no way constitute a legal or official binding agreement.
● Comments specific to a Samsung campaign or device should be submitted directly to that campaign or device support page.
● Do not expressly or implicitly endorse, lobby, advocate, or advance the policies and priorities of a particular industry, organization or enterprise, including political parties, figures or agendas, and non-profit organizations.
● Do not portray yourself as a representative of Samsung if you are not one.
● Have fun, be polite, and please keep the conversation on topic.
