1. Agreement of terms and conditions
By taking part to the contest, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions. This contest stands in no relation to Facebook and is not sponsored, organized or supported by Facebook. Not Facebook is receiving the data and information, but Sami Khedira is.
2. Eligibility
Every Facebook-fan of Sami Khedira is eligible to take part. You can become a „fan“ by pressing the „Like“-Button on his Facebook profile.
3. Participation and Draw
Every participant who leaves his comment under the contest post on Facebook is taking part at the draw and has the chance to win one of 20 signed autograph cards. The lucky winners will be determined randomly and will be contacted. You can comment until 72 hours after the start of the contest (05.12.2016, 6pm).
4. Payout
The prizes will be presented in the form of goods and cannot be exchanged for a different prize, cash or similar goods or services. All necessary information about the prize will be provided via the contest post on the Facebook-page of Sami Khedira. Multiple participations are excluded. The winners will be notified personally at the latest 72 hours after the end of the contest. Prizes cannot be offered to third parties. Sami Khedira reserves the right to determine substitute winners if the contacted winners do not reply within one week after the end of the contest.
