Ингредиенты: 300 г муки MAKFA 2 яйца 0,5 л растительного масла для жарки 100 г ветчины 200 г рикотты 100 г сыра моцарелла 3 желтка 2 веточки мяты Соль, перец В муке сделать углубление, добавить туда яйца и щепотку соли. Собирая с краев муку, замесить тесто, при необходимости добавляя по 1 ч. л. воды. Вымесить тесто до эластичности, завернуть в пленку и оставить при комнатной температуре на 30 минут. Сыр моцарелла нарезать тонкими ломтиками, ветчину нарезать соломкой, листья мяты мелко порубить. Рикотту смешать с желтками до однородности. Все ингредиенты смешать вместе, посолить, поперчить. Тесто разделить на 2 части, раскатать лепешки толщиной 3-5 см и присыпать мукой.На половину лепешки выложить начинку, накрыть второй половиной и защипнуть края, слегка закручивая их. В сковороде разогреть масло слоем не менее 2 см. Обжарить кальцоне до золотистой корочки с обоих сторон, просушить от лишнего масла на бумажном полотенце. Приятного аппетита!

Ингредиенты: 200 г гречневой крупы MAKFA 2 куриных филе. 200 г лесных грибов. 2 зубчика чеснока. 1 ст. л. аджики. 1 небольшой пучок зеленого лука. 3 ст. л. соевого соуса. 2 ст. л. растительного масла. 1 ст. л. сливочного масла. Петрушка для подачи. Соль, перец. Филе грудки обмазать со всех сторон аджикой, завернуть в фольгу, смазанную маслом и оставить на час при комнатной температуре. Куриное филе положить, не разворачивая в разогретую до 160 градусов духовку на 15 минут. Гречку сварить согласно инструкции на упаковке Чеснок измельчить, лук мелко нарезать. Обжарить на разогретом масле. Добавить грибы, влить соевый соус и готовить 5 минут. Добавить гречку, прогреть 2 минуты. Филе разрезать под углом 1,5 – 2 см толщиной, выложить поверх гречки на тарелку и подавать, присыпав петрушкой Приятного аппетита.

Response

Kit of metrics that characterize brands in the context of operational efficiency and customer social media supply system. TOP includes brand pages which Response Rate exceeds 65%. After that rating is being sorted by AMIQ.

Response Rate

Percentage of users’ questions responded by brand (on behalf of a brand, not of brand representatives accounts). “Question” is a user’s post or a comment that includes a question mark (?).

Response Time

Average time it takes a monitored Brand Page or Profile to answer user’s questions (from user post or question comment) during a selected time range.

AMIQ

Total number of answered questions minus total ignored questions by brand.

Page Engagement Rate

Page engagement is the number of reactions made by a 100 page fans for calendar day. During the calculation we take into account the total number of page fans (snapshoted in a post publication day).

Post Engagement Rate

Post Engagement Rate – total number of reactions, made by a hundred brand page fans per one post. Rate calculation process considers total brand page fans number by the date of post publication.

Average Engagement Rate per Page

Is calculated as the sum of engagement rates for every date in the analyzed period, divided by the number of days within the period.

Average Post Engagement Rate

Is calculated as engagement rate sums of each post, published during a selected time range, divided by the total number of posts

Interactions

Any kinds of user activity on a brand page: likes, comments, reposts, retweets, etc.
