В Чехии и Словакии новый год не обходится без ароматного национального десерта – яблочного штруделя. Ингредиенты: 250 г муки, 1 яйцо, 150 г сливочного масла, 1 ч. л. уксуса, 1 кг яблок, 80 г сахара, 30 г изюма, 100 г хлебных крошек, корица молотая, цедра лимона – по вкусу. Приготовление: 1. Муку просейте, затем влейте в нее взбитое с 6 ст. л. теплой воды яйцо, 1 ст. л. растопленного масла, уксус, добавьте соль и замесите мягкое блестящее тесто. Скатайте в шар и оставь на 30 минут, накрыв влажной тканью. 2. Разрежьте тесто пополам, каждую половину раскатайте на подпыленном мукой льняном полотенце. Растяните тесто от центра во все стороны, стараясь не порвать, сбрызните растопленным маслом, уложите на него слой очищенных и нарезанных яблок, посыпьте сахаром, корицей, промытым изюмом, измельченной цедрой и обжаренными в 30 г масла хлебными крошками. 3. Приподнимая край полотенца, скатайте тесто в рулет. Перенесите на противень и выпекайте в умеренно нагретой духовке 30 минут, время от времени смазывая маслом. Готовый штрудель охладите и разрежьте на ломтики. Подавай к столу, украсив по вкусу. Например, орешками, веточками мяты, корицей или сахарной пудрой.

Response Rate

Percentage of users’ questions responded by brand (on behalf of a brand, not of brand representatives accounts). “Question” is a user’s post or a comment that includes a question mark (?).

Response Time

Average time it takes a monitored Brand Page or Profile to answer user’s questions (from user post or question comment) during a selected time range.

AMIQ

Total number of answered questions minus total ignored questions by brand.

Page Engagement Rate

Page engagement is the number of reactions made by a 100 page fans for calendar day. During the calculation we take into account the total number of page fans (snapshoted in a post publication day).

Post Engagement Rate

Post Engagement Rate – total number of reactions, made by a hundred brand page fans per one post. Rate calculation process considers total brand page fans number by the date of post publication.

Average Engagement Rate per Page

Is calculated as the sum of engagement rates for every date in the analyzed period, divided by the number of days within the period.

Average Post Engagement Rate

Is calculated as engagement rate sums of each post, published during a selected time range, divided by the total number of posts

Interactions

Any kinds of user activity on a brand page: likes, comments, reposts, retweets, etc.
