Нам понадобится: • Руккола 100 гр • Помидоры черри 7-8 штук • Сыр моцарелла*, 50 гр • Бальзамический соус по вкусу *Моцареллу лучше выбрать с меньшим содержанием жира. С этими соусами любые знакомые нам блюда заиграют по-новому! Сохраняйте себе на стену, чтобы не потерять! 1. Лимонно-укропный: смешиваем баночку йогурта с 2 ст.л лимонного сока, добавляем мелко нарезанный укроп и соль. 2. Соус с хреном для рыбы: 150 гр нежирной сметаны смешать с 1 ст.л готового хрена. 3. Сметанно-соевый: 150 гр нежирной сметаны смешать с 2 ст.л. соевого соуса. 4. Ореховый соус: горсть грецких орехов размолоть в блендере, смешать со 100 гр нежирной сметаны. 5. Соус карри: мелко нарезать яблоко, добавить 1 баночку йогурта без добавок и 1 ч.л специи карри. 6. Овощной соус к мясу: мелко нарезаем помидор, зеленый лук, укроп, смешиваем с 1 баночкой йогурта без добавок, добавляем 1 толченый зубчик чеснока. 7. Тар-тар: в баночку йогурта добавляем измельченные блендером соленый огурец и яблоко, 2 ч.л горчицы, соль и перец по вкусу. 8. Чесночный соус: баночка йогурта, 2 зубчика тертого чеснока, мелко нарезанная зелень, 2 ч.л лимонного сока, соль и перец по вкусу.
